Having our state-of-the-art fitness center open 24 hours a day is the perfect incentive to get into shape. HAVE FUN! Racquets and balls are also available in the office if you would like to hit the court.
Media Center
What better time to get organized than after moving. Take advantage of our media center to photocopy documents, type a letter, fax a colleague, or surf the Internet. All these services are offered to you, our residents of Wellington Meadows.
Clubhouse
We welcome all of you to use the clubhouse for socializing, reading or watching TV on the big screen. If you are interested in holding card games etc., please contact the office so we can avoid having 2 activities at the same time.

Air Conditioning Filters
Stop by the rental office to pick up your free air conditioning filter
each month when you pay rent. This will help to keep your apartment cleaner,
maintain the efficiency of the system
and help keep your power bills lower!
Tool Box
We know how frustrating it is to begin a project and not be able to finish
because of a lack of tools. We will be happy to lend you the necessary
item needed from our handyman's toolbox complete with hammer, tape measure,
screwdriver, level, pliers, etc.
Package Acceptance
Don't worry about taking time off work to be home to accept a parcel.
We will accept packages for you at the office. A note will normally be
left on your door or in your mailbox letting you know you have a package.
Please be sure to collect your packages during office hours as soon as
possible.
Jumper Cables
We've all been stranded with a dead battery, but now you won't have to
search for jumper cables. Stop by the office & borrow ours!
